dandelionR

dandelionR is an R implementation of the dandelion framework for single-cell immune repertoire trajectory analysis. The package enables researchers to trace the developmental and differentiation trajectories of T and B cells using their receptor sequences as natural barcodes. By integrating receptor sequence information with transcriptomic data, dandelionR reveals how clonal lineages evolve through distinct transcriptional states over time or across tissues.
