I happened upon this preprint the other day examining latent cell fate information within the TCR sequences. Naturally, my first thought was to apply the approach from Lagattuta et el to the single-cell objects I have.

Using R does not have to be for work alone. There are a number of individuals using R for generative art - Thomas Lin Pederson is probably the best example I have seen.
